About J.W.
J.W. Hendricks is an LA-Based writer/director and award-winning photographer. Hailing from St. Petersburg, FL, he and his writing partner Madison were finalists for the 2019 HBOAccess Fellowship Program and Second Rounders at the 2023 Autsin Film Festival. He's directed several short films - the most recent of which premiered at Burbank International Film Festival - and documentaries, creating striking imagery while telling unusual and heartfelt stories. When he's not on set or out in the world taking photos, you can usually find him at his local movie theater.
